In this blog first of all i welcome you all, hence in our daily busy life we lost our healthy life. So i thought if you read my this blog then may be you know how it matter’s to deal with every second of our life for a healthy reason.
I saw many people even my friends are don’t know the benefits of a healhty life and that’s why i started to write this blog. Hope you will not dissapoint me i know, i believe that anyone can get if they decide that they want. How healthy are you?
This life is too long to live like a road whrere we travel by a car which runs on petrol, diesel etc. many people do many stuff to make their life more easy and happy but sometimes some people miss some steps to live a healthy life. To run our life-car we need suffecient fuel for it which actually increase the mileage and overall performance, for that we have to take care of our body as much as we can.
Everyone’s life is set to do something great doesn’t matter that it will be great for everyone, so just don’t waste you time to do the stuff which only makes you unhealthy and here all about good health is not meant to be only eating healthy food and just do some a bit exercises. Healthy person means the one who have positive habbits or attitude, positive self-image and great way to live their life in way full of healthy welahty stuffs.
Tips that i want that you’ll know all about them jus’ like that :-
- Human Body is actually consists of 60% water oohh! yh and it helps in digestion, absorption and maintains our body temperature etc.
- Healhty sleep always works like it helps in improving brain funtioning- to learn something, to remember and you know the rest all.
- Meditation- it always helps me to focus and make my body relaxed. you should try it at once.
- Exercises- well well, yes we all know about this step which is actaully common but many of you don’t do that, some people think that this doesn’t help but trust me try it you’ll get results in a week.
- Healthy fruits- There are wide variety of fruits but some of the are most beneficial as compared to other, like Lemons | Strawberries | Oranges | blackberries etc.
- Healthy Veggies are also a great option like Spinach, Carrots, Broccoli, Asparagus etc.
- Eat Intact Grains – they are high in nutrients, down the heart problems, stroke, obesity also lower the risk that you might have diabetes.

Drink Water As Much As You Can
We all drinks water as without having it, it’s impossible to live. But is there any limit that how much water should you drink in a day? Actually yes there is not any boundation but you have to men’s should intake atleast 3.4L of water a day and women’s should intake atleast 2.7L of water a day.
In human body many of the funtioning of body will mainly depend on the water that we intake. Water in our body do many funtions like appropriate amount of water inside the body helps to maintain the sodium balance in our body, helps in maintaining thebody temperature also it helps in protection of our organs and tissues. There are so many funtioning which totally depdends on the water that we intake, it travels inside our body and do the job that meant to be done like it helps in contorlling the blood pressure, helps in digestion (if you are suffering from any digestion problem then i recommend you to take atleast 1 cup of hot water on early morning every day), and the most important funtion that our body do to take care of us that is removing bacteria from our bodies.
Well atually as i mentioned above the amount of water that you should intake but here’s the twist that every human body funtions same but their needs are not same. For examle, suppose you are doing workout and after that you became thirsty then it totally depends on you body that how much water should be intake but on other hand if someone just walk around in the sunny day then it depends on his body that how much water should he intake. So if you are sweating heavily then you should take water according to your body.
Get A Routineable Healthy Sleep
Ok so now what? you are doing exercies, taking appropriate amount of water and alot stuff to make your body healthy but what about the sleep maybe that you are wasting all your efforts to make your body fit anf fine. Doing healthy stuff but not able to sleep appropriate, that why i’m using these words “Wasting Your Efforts”.
After a long heavy but a good night’s rest makes anyone a superhero on next day. Many of you are not sleep well at night and mmany of you will asked that how long should i sleep at night. At first, i don’t have my magic ring so that i can use it and answers these question but now i have one “National Sleep Foundation” according to which you can aim that how much atleast you should sleep at night but it totally depends on your age. The two years research, just to know that how much should we sleep at night gave us a mindoblastic result based on 9 categories according to age.
- Older one’s aged “65” or more should sleep atleast 7 to 8 hours.
- Adults aged 26 to 64 should sleep atleast 7 to 9 hours.
- Young adults aged from 18 to 25 years should also sleep atleast 7 to 9 hours.
- The teenagers should also sleep atleast 8 to 10 hours, aged from 14 to 17 years.
- Children’s from age 6 to 13 should sleep atleast 9 to 11 hours. (as they do more thing as compared to young or adults like playing, laughing etc)
- From age 3 to 5 years, childrens should sleep atleast 10 to 13 hours.
- Kids from age 1 to 2 years (toddlers) should sleep atleast 11 to 14 hours. (for toddlers it is very iportant to take proper sleep at night)
- From age 4 to 11 months (infants), should sleep at least 12 to 15 hours.
- The newborn babies aged in between 0 to 3 months should sleep 14 to 17 hours.
Meditation is not just a word, it is more than that actually i can say that this is the only way to change your lifestyle, accept every single posibility to chnage your way of living, thinking, eating and any more. It is like a process which actually helps your brain to focus and to remove unstable thoughts from your mind so that you can use the only thoughts that will help you to acheive the goals. There are alot benefits of the meditation and i’m happy to tell you that nowadays many of you connected with meditation and using its benefits to make your life shineable.
Many of you think that it is just a way to calm, to reduce the stress of our mind and all other stuff. But you are wrong! it’s not just to turn your phone on silent and sit on ground “jusss breathe heavily in-out and in-out” it is a way more than that.
Meditation? what about benefits!
- Th main benefit of the meditation that you don’t need any equipments, like the one you need to make your biceps. Many of the people having daily tight scheduled but they give time to meditation that helps them to focus and concentrate. There are mainly two styles to do meditation: (1) Focused attention based, (2) Open monitoring based.
- Meditation proves that it also helps in controlling blood presure, due to high blood pressure it is hard to work your heart normally – it find difficulty to pump the blood in body which leads to heart fail funtions. Use meditation to prevent it.
- You believe or not but now i’m gonna tell you a truth that using meditation you can actually controll your pain, yes it hard to believe but that works – it has been tested. you can try this because in meditation we have to focus and remove unnecessary thoughts which helps you to decrease the pain.
- There are so many peoples hwo are suffering from many mental situations but here i specefically talking about addictions. I guess the worst habbit is addiction for anything, it makes anyone crazy as they don’t have controll. Meditation helps in decreasing stress and give strenght to think positive which helps in addiction.
Do Some Exercise
There are many benefits of exercies or workout. And here is the thought that no one’s is late to start this, you can start it right now doesn’t matter if you have done it in past or not. Exercise is not just about diet, workouts it’s a way more than that.
Exercise helps you in a variety of way like it helps you to control your weight, if you noticed that how much you energy you uses it totally depends that what and how much you eat so that the required amount of clories you will get. If you want to loose weight just you have to do is burn more calories than you eat.
Exercies, as i mentioned it helps in many ways to get a better healthy style. One of the most important and my fav. benefit of exercise that was actually help me to calm in some situation is “It helps you to maintain your mood and mental health”. Beacuse whenever you workout, your body have a funtion to do that is releasing chemical “don’t worry” that is not the chemical you think of. When this chemical releases you feel relaxed and it will improve your mood and makes you happy.
Eat Intact Grains
Intact, at first we have to know – what is intact? | If you don’t know then i’ll explain that we have heard about Whole grains, actually they are seeds or kernels containing super-duper fibre, having outer coating of bran, the endosperm and the germ. The unprocessed seed form containing all the three bran is called intact.
Intact grain specially known for that they don’t increase blood sugar on intake. If your blood sugar is normall or we can say properly stable they maybe you feel so good and energetic. Now i know that part – you thinking about what intact grains should you include in you daily meal, let me tell you some of them an then rest of all you get – you can add thses intact in your daily meal:
- Wheat Berries
- Buckwheat groats
- and many more.
As above i mentioned alot ways to get a better healhty life. You don’t have to be confused by reading them all, just do whatever you want but in a healthy way like eat any food but make sure it’s healhty, don’t waste your time by just sitting – you can do some exercises to make your body healthy wealthy. I saw many people change in front of me and i bet that you all can do the same. Make sure be always healhty.
